Services
Wellbeing
Many of our clients feel that they are missing out on life outside of work. Others feel low in confidence & / or battered by the pace of change. Often career success is not accompanied by the happiness they might have expected. Two common complaints from our clients are working long hours & worrying especially about their own competence, restructures and significant role changes.
Many clients value the opportunity to discuss issues with a neutral person outside their organisation.
We encourage growth of new habits to combat these issues using neuroscience, evidence based occupational psychology & bespoke goal setting. Regular comments from clients are about feeling more refreshed for work, happier in family life and gaining respect from colleagues by setting clear limits.
Leadership Development
Clients want to lead better & want more support / education than their setting offers. They want to tackle difficult conversations without damaging precious motivation. Most importantly they want a safe space to think through their plans & find the right words.
By clarifying context-based objectives we work with our clients to build bespoke personal development plans with tailored learning resources to coach them through the challenges they face. Areas covered include influencing, performance management, delegation & coaching. Leaders achieve positive changes in managing in critical situations, reshaping their roles and empowering their teams.
One-to-one interviews & stakeholder feedback can be arranged when appropriate.
Career Review
Many of our clients feel frustrated that more ‘political’ peers get the best opportunities. Many are not finding their working life satisfying regardless of their success. Some are looking for guidance to present well at interview and / or network successfully. Others have studied degree qualifications but are looking to leverage their new learning effectively. Some come for the ‘honest answers’ they feel their manager is not giving.
Using up to date research on influencing and networking as well as feedback and practical exercises we have helped many clients improve their success and confidence.
Many find it helpful to gain an informed, professional perspective on their strengths and development areas. Some have not been selected for ‘talent’ programmes within their organisation but are keen to move forward in their leadership effectiveness.
